The accent doesn't matter !
In this post I would like to write about the accent.
I've seen so many people trying to change their accent while they learn English.
I think that the accent is not that important. The most important is to talk and to write correctly. Let's suppse that you will have a choise to hear a native speaker who make a lot of mistakes and non native with an accent but who talks correctly. I'm almost sure you will choose the second. It's hard to listen to mistakes especially when you are learning. You could think that the mistake is correct and keep making it and maybe even spreding it.
I always tell to people that the accent doesn't matter. It's better to be understandable than cool. That's why if you have an accent, don't worry about that a lot. Try to just improve your pronunciation. Make it close of native speakers and that should be your goal. Not to get rid of the accent. It's almost impossible to not have an accent. Even among native speakers there are a lot of accents. Let's take an example of British and American ones.
