Dark side if Jealousy

Jealousy is common in all of us. But we all know how damaging this can be. It makes us compel others or specifically someone to obsessively monitor their life. From their relationship status to communication, from their carrier to their achievement; we try to sneak pick on everything and compare them with our life.

In this era of social media, it became more common to fall in jealousy very often. As we can see what is going on in other's lives, we consistently fall in comparison. Some of us even can't realize how it is affecting our life. The darkest side of compassion and jealousy is, it lacks our self-esteem. Also, we become violent in cognitive behavior and so on.

• Being honest with others is always welcoming. But comparing and being selfish is something different. We have to understand that jealousy comes from a lake of self-confidence, doubt about our ability and skill. So, no matter how much we check on others and compare us with them it not gonna help us.

• Jealousy also affects physically. We feel too stressed when we feel jealousy. As we usually continuously check on others so it has a huge mental cost. It reduces our mental peace and makes us emotionally fragile. So, think about it before you feel jealous.

Jealousy is a destructive emotion. And a destructive thing can bring destructive result nothing else. We can follow others to learn from them, how they do things, how they developed over time. It helps us to make a good plan for our path. But only copping others because we feel Jealous and want the same thing as others can't bring anything productive.

We have to curve our own path to achieve something in life. Getting rid of Jealousy and balance our lives based on this emotion is very necessary.
