TRADITIONAL FISH PRESERVATIVE
Refrigerator is very important at home because it can help to preserve food ingredients especially for meat, chicken, fish and vegetables. But what if they can't afford it?
Yesterday, I visited my family in the village. They don't have refrigerators. . I am a little confused because the distance between their home and the market is quite far. I asked them how to preserve fish, because they usually buy it in quite large quantities.
They say:
By cooking fish with water first until cooked, then adding some seasonings, namely: onion, garlic, turmeric, sugar, salt and etc. Fish can last about 7/8 days without using the refrigerator, fish can be fried / roasted again when you want to consume it.
It turns out that the traditional way is able to survive until now.
Thank you
Best Regards
