Dal Mash/ Urad Lentil - Meal of the Day
Pulses are are great source of protein and Dal Maash is my favorite one. It taste great even if you make it along without anything.
- Urad Lentil
- Tomato
- Onion
- Green Chiloi
- Garlic
- Lemon
First slice your initial veggies
Then fry onion in fan
In the meantime, wash and prepare Dal
Now add tomatoes with onion until they start to turn brown
Now you can add your usual spices
Now finally add Lentil in it. I also added some butter
Later on, you can sprinkle some lemon on it and it would taste great
