Very good afternoon dear friends of adventures!

Muy buena tardes queridos amigos de aventuras!

Wednesday, one of my favorite days has arrived once again and here they find me participating once again in the #wednesdaywalk and #makemesmile challenge of friends @tattoodjay and @elizacheng. This time I will share with you one of my favorite walks: the beach. Here we not only do beautiful walks along the sea, but we also enjoy the sun, the sea and especially the family.

Ha llegado una vez más el día miércoles, unos de mis días favoritos y aquí me encuentran participando una vez más en el desafío #wednesdaywalk y #makemesmile de los amigos @tattoodjay y @elizacheng . Esta vez compartiré con ustedes uno de mis paseo favoritos: la playa. Aquí no solo nos dedicamos a realizar lindas caminatas a orillas del mar, sino también disfrutamos del sol, el mar y sobre todo de la familia.

Generally on weekends we take advantage of the proximity we have with one of the most beautiful beaches in the country and in 1 hour and a half we travel the 120 kilometers that are separated from our house. For these latitudes, summers are usually very hot and temperatures can reach above 40º C, so the beach becomes a very busy place and ideal for cooling off and enjoying beautiful afternoons outdoors

Generalmente los fin de semana aprovechamos la cercanía que tenemos con una de las playas más lindas del país y en 1 hora y media recorremos los 120 kilómetros que son separa de nuestra casa. Por estas latitudes, los veranos suelen ser muy cálidos pudiendo llegar las temperaturas por encima de los 40º C, por lo cual la playa se transforma en un lugar muy concurrido e ideal para refrescarse y disfrutar de lindas tardes al aire libre.

The number of people who arrive there on the weekend is so great that if you don't arrive early it becomes very difficult to get a good place to spend the afternoon.

Es tan grande la cantidad de personas que llegan hasta allí el fin de semana que si no se llega temprano se hace muy difícil conseguir un buen lugar para pasar la tarde.

When we arrive at the beach our activity does not focus solely on bathing in the sea and making sandcastles. When the worst hour of sun ends with my wife and our girl we go for a walk to the lighthouse that is 1.5 kilometers from where we installed our umbrellas. Lately the walks are reduced in distance and intensity because my wife's belly is getting bigger and heavier in the absence of a month for the arrival of our little girl. At this stage of pregnancy the important thing is to walk a little without making a great effort.

Cuando llegamos a la playa nuestra actividad no se centra únicamente en bañarnos en el mar y hacer castillos de arena. Cuando la peor hora de sol termina con mi esposa y nuestra niña salimos a caminar hasta el faro que está a 1,5 kilómetros de donde instalamos nuestras sombrillas. Últimamente las caminatas se van reduciendo en distancia e intensidad por que la panza de mi esposa está cada vez más grande y pesada a falta de un mes para la llegada de nuestra pequeña. A esta altura del embarazo lo importante es caminar un poco sin hacer un gran esfuerzo.

For us, the sea has something special, something that makes us relax and enjoy like nowhere else. There our energies are renewed and we feel that it is our place. In the future we would like to go to live somewhere coastal to enjoy long morning walks by the sea.

Para nosotros el mar tiene algo especial, algo que nos hace relajar y disfrutar como en ningún otro lugar. Allí nos nuestras energías se renuevan y sentimos que es nuestro lugar. Nada más lindo que disfrutar del aire puro que allí se respira, de largas tardes sintiendo la brisa y el olor del mar, la paz que transmite el sonido de las olas al romper y de la belleza y elegancia de las gaviotas volando por la costaEn el futuro nos gustaría ir a vivir a algún lugar costero para disfrutar de largas caminatas matutinas junto al mar.

For the #makemesmile of this week I prepared something very simple and that it is impossible that it does not start a smile not only from my face, but also from my soul and it is this photo that I share with you.

Para el #makemesmile de esta semana preparé algo bien simple y que es imposible que ello no arranque una sonrisa no solo de mi rostro, sino también de mi alma y es esta foto que comparto con ustedes.
