Self Realization throughout our life

There's nothing like self-realization. We know ourselves very well, we can coach ourselves in the best way possible and we can motivate ourselves than anyone.

The control of our life is on our hands. We are the change-makers. But before everything we need to realize what we are lacking, what we need to develop and what would be our future steps. Without realizing these things nothing is gonna help us.

The major thing about self-realization is, no one can make your realize it until you yourselves can't figure it out. People are there to help us, to motivate us, to show their support and love. Also, they can point out what makes us lagging behind. But if we have to realize that on our own. That's why mindful practice is so necessary. The more you become conscious about everything the more you will understand you and your surroundings better.

So, how we can help ourselves to grow self-realization?

• We need to see ourselves objectively. We are our biggest judge. Step aside what you are now, see yourselves with the eyes of a different person and point out what you need to catch up. It's something like seeing our reflection in the mirror.

• We should open for criticism. People's feedback can make us realize for sure. And we should keep our mind open to accept that.

• Practice mindfulness. There's no other way to self-realize things if we can't concentrate on us, like what we really want to be, what people think about us/other's expectations, our shortcomings, space of improvement areas ie.

• We have to learn to read our minds and have to make our minds more present towards everything.

Self-realization is a huge thing, it's life-changing. How can we suppose to change the world or our life, if we don't realize that? I hope those steps help a little bit to realize ourselves better.
