Condition for seizing the International Court of Justice
From my know in the university as a law student we used to have several unanswered questions as to how one can seize the ICJ. Below are some of the conditions
- You must show proof of political persecution
- Proof that there is denial of justice at the national, regional and to some extent international.
- Corruption of judges.
Once the conditions are fulfilled the matter can therefore be admissible at the ICJ
