Xenogryllus, interesting crickets I met in the forest
This afternoon, some other Steemian friends and I agreed to go to a location. Precisely in Got Girek, Muara Dua, Lhokseumawe, Indonesia. We chose the location there because the forest conditions are still quite natural, of course this is a place for insects and other small animals to survive.
Previously, we had time to go to different locations. However, our hunting failed because it started raining. Finally, we put off looking for the insect photo object and took shelter in a small cafe. After the rain stopped, we continued our hunting to the locations I mentioned above.
A few moments after we arrived at the location, we immediately looked for some interesting insects, because we didn't have much time left, considering that it was getting dark for a sign that night was coming. And finally I found a Xenogryllus.
Xenogryllus is a genus of crickets (Orthoptera: Ensifera) from the Gryllidae family, the Eneopterinae subfamily and the Xenogryllini tribe. Species have been found in (mostly tropical) Africa and Asia (including India, Indonesia, China, Korea and Japan). Wikipedia
