I'm sharing 2 photos of Masjid al-Haram, Mecca, Saudi Arabia which were captured during my Hajj pilgrimage in 2019.

Hajj is an Islamic pilgrimage to the sacred city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia. It is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, alongside Shahadah, Salat, Zakat and Sawm. Hajj is the largest gathering of Muslim people in the world every year. In 2019, about 2.5 million pilgrims from 188 countries performed the Hajj.

I captured these photos on the rainy afternoon on the 2nd day of Hajj and Eid-ul-Azha in Saudi Arabia [11 September 2019].
