Hope all are doing well. I am also well. Today I am going to participate a cooking contest. Thanks to @razuan12 for shared this contest. Cooking is my favourite hobby. So, today I am going to share restaurant style crispy fried chicken recipe. You can made it at home easily. It's very crispy and also very tasty.

So, let's see how to make this crispy fried chicken recipe.

Ingredients

  • Chicken meat
  • flour
  • salt
  • chilli powder
  • cumin powder
  • ginger paste
  • garlic paste
  • Soybean oil

Step 1

  • First you have to wash the chicken meat well. In this case the chicken pieces should be large in size.

Step 2

  • Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, salt and pepper powder.

  • Then you have to make it better. Apply it well and leave it with the lid on for about two hours.

Step 3

  • After two hours, put a piece of chicken in the flour and press the flour well by hand. Then shake it and throw away the separate flours. Then it should be soaked in water for two to three minutes.

Step 4

  • Then take it out of the water and put it in the flour again. And the flour should be pressed by hand and put in the chicken pieces. Then separate flour should be thrown away.Doing this will result in the layer that is formed on top of the fried chicken.

  • In this way all the pieces have to be made.

Step 5

  • Then take the same amount of oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces well there. At low tide the stove heat should be kept low. Make sure the chicken is cooked well inside and does not burn on top.When the Ekushey becomes a little reddish, it should be removed from the oven.
