My name is Rohmayati. I was born in Bogor City October 27 1993. I live in Bogor City, Indonesia 🇮🇩.
Bogor City is a paradise for farmers. There are so many people who depend on their livelihood as a farmer. Lots of fruit and vegetables that thrive in the city of Bogor. One of them is the eggplant tree. I happened to plant it at home because of the many health benefits of purple eggplant.

Purple eggplant contains various vitamins and minerals. Apart from that, purple eggplant also has a high amount of antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances that help protect the body from damage caused by harmful substances known as free radicals.
Research has shown that antioxidants can help prevent many types of chronic diseases, such as heart disease and cancer. Apart from that, purple eggplant is also rich in anthocyanins, a type of pigment with antioxidant properties that is responsible for the bright color of the skin.
In fact, several test-tube studies have confirmed that it is effective in protecting cells against damage from harmful free radicals.
There are many beneficial nutrients that can be obtained from purple eggplant. 80 grams of purple eggplant contains 20 calories, 1 gram of protein, 5 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, folic acid, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and magnesium.

Pineapple Fruit

Apart from planting eggplant fruit, I also planted pineapples. Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits.
Pineapple has a refreshing blend of sour and sweet flavors. This yellow fruit is often processed into a drink. Not only is it refreshing in taste, pineapple has nutritional content and is rich in vitamins. Behind the slightly sharp skin, pineapple contains essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals that the body needs to work optimally.
Pineapple is a fruit that produces antioxidants. Vitamin A and C from pineapple are a great source of antioxidants. Other nutritional content in pineapples include phosphorus, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, manganese, thiamin, fiber, sodium, and fruit sugar (sucrose). Besides that pineapple is very low in calories. One fresh pineapple contains only 82 calories.

The benefits of pineapple for human health are numerous. That is why pineapple is very good for consumption to maintain human health.
