EXPLAIN 5 BENEFITS OF REGULAR PHYSICAL EXERCISES: CONTEST

Physical exercises can be defined as activities done to promote overall body fitness and also to work on one’s health. There are various types of exercises some vigorous and others more gentle.

Swimming can be considered a vigorous form of exercise.

Exercises can be in the form of yoga which mostly deals with stretching and meditation, zumba which is mostly vigorous dancing, weight lifting which mostly deals with muscle building among others.

Exercises are really helpful in various ways which I am going to tackle below;

1 Exercises are really helpful for human health because they help with burning of calories which helps people to maintain the weight they desire and also helps in the prevention of the state of obesity which normally comes along with various health complications.

Exercises also help with prevention and combating cardiovascular diseases and conditions like stroke, high blood pressure among others because it helps with easing blood flow by burning away of cholestrol which can easily clog the veins and make blood flow difficult leading to health complications like high blood pressure.

2 Exercises boost mental health because they are said to help the body produce endorphins that make people feel good.

Furthermore exercises like jogging or taking walks help people appreciate nature and just have different views like when they use new routes. This also contributes to helping shift one’s mindset from the problems they may be facing to the surroundings around them like trees, beautiful flowers, sunsets, sunrises among others.

Exercises also help people feel good about themselves as it boosts their confidence when they achieve their goals of either losing weight or body building.

3 Exercises also help people make new friends where people gather like at gyms or yoga centres. The fact that people have gathered together to do a similar activity then one is bound to make some new friends. Even in instances where people exercise from home people are still able to join online communities where they encourage each other in their different journeys of keeping up with workouts.

Sometimes people have a common goal of exercising which may be weight loss or to achieve great mental health and this sometimes prompts people to form communities where they encourage each other to achieve their exercising goals.

4 Exercising has also become a way of making a living like some people put up gyms and through getting customers they are able to earn income. Social media platforms have also helped people who are enthusiastic about exercises to earn big through videos made which people all around the world watch.

People have also been able to create commumities where people are willing to pay for their services as trainors. Manufacturers of different exercise equipment have also earned big through sales even of things like workout clothes as more and more people are getting into the habit of working out.

5 Exercises help people develop certain body parts that they wish to become more enhanced. For example for people who wish to have more pronounced muscles like their forearms or get a six pack can get these by lifting weights.

Even for ladies certain exercises can be helpful with enhancing certain parts of their bodies which may be a healthier option than surgery.

All in all exercises are really good though one should not bandwagon. One should look for activities they enjoy and do them on a schedule that they are comfortable with.

It is also really good for one to do exercises carefully to also prevent injuries and one can do this by following instructions carefully or one can hire a trainor to guide them while they are exercising.
