Greetings!

Received an invitation from @may2015 and decided to write a story of her trip for the community "Around the World".

So, my journey began in the summer of 2018 in Italy to the city of Montesilvano. I've never been abroad, so it was a little scary. I went there for a month to visit my mother, but stayed there for three months. I was not very interested in the history of the city just rested and enjoyed the scenery.

We lived in 5 minutes walk to the sea. So in the evenings, when the heat subsided, I loved to go to the coast and read a book. I remember these moments with nostalgia.

Here is my favorite place.

We also sailed into the sea on a catamaran, the water was clear, transparent, the waves beat against the breakwaters, at such moments it was very calm.

Of course we went on an excursion to Rome.

What is it like to be in Italy and not see that majestic city? It's very interesting to observe between the modern buildings of the monument of the majestic empire. And the culmination of the trip was the famous Colosseum, in which we spent most of the tour.
