👩‍🍳My Cooking Experience: "Chicken Curry"

Chicken is one of my favorite foods.I cooked the chicken with my own hands and it was very tasty.Here are some tips to help you make this tasty "Chicken Curry" recipe.

Ingredients need to cook "Chicken Curry":

1.Chopped Chicken
2.Onion
3.Onion paste,
4.Cumin paste
5.Garam masala paste
6.Garlic paste
7.Ginger paste
8.Turmeric powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Green chilli
11.Salt
12.Oil

🍳Cooking steps🍳

Step-1

First I heated the oil in a clean pot. Then I put onion pieces in hot oil.Then I shook the onion pieces well.

When the color of the onion turns brown, I have added the spices pasted in it. Now I have fried the paste spices well in oil.

Then with a little water I mixed it with chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and other spices.Thus I roasted the spices for 2 minutes.This is a very important step in cooking.

After two minutes the spices were roasted very well.Then I put the chopped chicken pieces in the masala roast.

I have mixed the pieces of chopped chicken meat well with the spices.That's why I moved for a while.In this way I was moving the meat for a while.

When the spices and meat are well mixed together, I have added a little water to it.I watered the meat to make it boil better.

Then I gave a few pieces of green chillies.Green chilli is my favorite.I covered the meat with a lid to cook it well.Then after cooking for 15 minutes my own hand-made chicken came roasted.
