Today Story
Today I’m going to share my good day with you. It’s a time when I was organizing an event for YAMAHA Motorcycle promotion. Event placed at most famous place of Lahore city. It was EXPO International, Johar Town, Lahore.
Event Planning & Setup Installation
We planned our work one day before event date. Because the event had to start early in the morning. I arrived at the Expo Center with my team at about 2 in the morning. It was a little difficult, but man always goes through hardships to ease.
We started setting up the motorbike display. The work had to be started immediately as there was a lot of work.
The work was completed by 6 o'clock in the morning. All the boys on my team were very tired. We were there after the work was completed.
Event Beginning
The event began at 9 a.m. All the representatives of the company had reached there on time. In the beginning there were very few people who came to see the display. But soon a huge crowd appeared.
Event Overview
Everything on display was beautifully placed. Helmets were placed on a table on one side of the display. Where people were being informed about the safety ride. On the other hand, representatives of the company were present to give information about the motorcycle.
Visitors Reaction
Many visitors wanted to know about the motorcycle. Because the Yamaha motorcycle was the first motorcycle of its kind to come to Pakistan. Some people were also taking pictures with the motorcycle. Some people wanted to experiment with riding a motorcycle. For such people, the company also put up a small display outside the hall. So that people can learn more about it.
End of Event
People kept coming and going from morning till evening. The event ended at 5 p.m. So we breathed a sigh of relief. The whole day was spent inside the expo center. This somewhat tiring day was somehow much better. Because the company representatives were satisfied with our setup.
Evening
The day has gone and we packed our things back. All the team members was much tired so we go back to our workplace, take dinner and get rested.
