Bricks Kiln....The Diary Game

Hello friends....I hope that you all will be good with the blessings of Allah Almighty.....Today i visit the "bricks kiln" and i saw the process how the bricks are made. i hope that u really enjoyed my topic....first of all, there are some laboures who make the bricks of soil which is a very hard work....people make the soil bricks in the heat of sun but they were very strong physically...Then the bricks are brought to the kiln where the process of heating is started....In it, there gives some heat to the bricks after it becomes totally solid and the temperature given to it is very high and the changes occurs...in it, it removes mechanical moisture from the bricks....About 25-30% water is added to the soil which is then abaorbed by the heat....After it the bricks are given a temperate temperature for a few hours to maintain the original shape of the brick and this process is called soaking.....Then at the last it becomes cool and the cooling rate must be slow since it becomes shrink.....there used different instruments in the kiln and there is also a spring in the kiln which is used for our clean environment and white smoke comes out instead of black....but this operation is much expensive and black smoke comes out...If we used this operation, then we can easily keep our enviornment clean.......Then these bricks are used to build our homes, offices and other buildings.....There used different codes on bricks for different kilns.......Hope so that u enjoy my topic....Allah hafiz...
