Let's Explore a Symbol of Chaos, Shall We?
First and foremost, I am no expert on most topics. I do love to explore, research, question, and even speculate alternative concepts and ideas. I am not afraid to be wrong. I am more afraid to stagnate and not grow mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Let's Speculate, Shall We?
With just a little searching for photos of "order out of chaos" I get a whole bunch of interesting photos. Then I search on Duck Duck Go search engine "Ordo Ab Chao" which is on the first photo below. I will post what looks interesting to me, but please feel free to search for yourselves and even post below this essay any further interesting tidbits.
Order out of chaos.
For Those that Have Eyes to See, and Ears to Hear
Now when we talk about freemasonry and symbolism, one must remember that we are presenting a hypothesis from the information gleaned from books and the interwebs. Freemasons are notorious for keeping secrets and there is speculation that they will kill (or "suicide") someone who reveals their secrets. With that in mind, any information that is in books written by high level masons must understand that they have a coded language to guard their "enlightened" knowledge from what they consider the profane.
In Ancient Greek folklore, a phoenix is a long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again. Associated with the sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor. Some legends say it dies in a show of flames and combustion, others that it simply dies and decomposes before being born again.

The Phoenix Rising from the Ashes
Growing up I loved reading mythology stories, especially the Greek myths. Sadly, I do not remember reading or hearing about the phoenix.
Here is a more complete story from "Mythology.net" that tells the tale perfectly:
The Phoenix was known to be a majestic bird-like creature that lived in Paradise. The Phoenix, like all other creatures who live in Paradise, was known to live a good life. It was a land of unimaginable perfection and beauty and was said to exist somewhere beyond the brilliance of the sun. However, in time, the bird began to feel the affects of its age. After 1,000 years had passed, it was ready to move on.
As the Phoenix was known to live in Paradise, it was also known that it could never truly die. However, it was possible for the creature to be reborn. As such, this is what happened in order for the creature to be born again.
The Rebirth of the Phoenix
First, the Phoenix flew west into the mortal world. It was necessary to come to leave Paradise and enter our world so that the creature could be reborn. It flew west until it reached the spice groves that grew in Arabia. It stopped there to collect only the finest herbs and spices (especially cinnamon) before continuing its journey to Phoenicia (which was likely named after the creature). Once the Phoenix reached Phoenicia, it built a nest of the herbs and spices it had gathered and waited for the sun to rise.
The next morning, when the sun god began to drag his chariot across the sky, the Phoenix would turn east to face him as the sun rose above the horizon. It would then sing one of the most beautiful and haunting melodies known to man – so perfect that even the sun god had to pause and listen to the sweet notes. When the Phoenix finished its farewell song, the sun god readied his chariots and continued his journey across the sky. This caused a spark to fall from the sky and ignite the nest of herbs and the Phoenix in flames. All that was left was a tiny worm.
This, however, was not the end of the cycle. After three days, a new Phoenix would rise from the ashes (supposedly transformed from the worm) and begin the next cycle of 1,000 years. It would carry the remaining ashes of its parent to the great Heliopolis and then return to Paradise until its cycle came to an end.

I suppose if I grew up knowing the phoenix rising story, I might not have imagined a connection between the phoenix and the American eagle. The eagle is a real bird and the phoenix is a mythical creature.
Ah.....but that is the beauty of symbols. To the layman, the easy explanation is enough but for the "enlightened" the symbols have depth and layers meaning. It is the language of the initiated and the "profane" will never understand the hidden meanings.
And let me remind you once more, I am no expert just a lowly traveler and speculator like yourselves.
Life, Death, and Rebirth
While there are stories of reincarnation all over the globe, I want to stay here and focus on the United States' eagle, which I think is an esoteric representation of the phoenix. "The Economist" magazine's cover in 1988, seemed to predict the end of currency and the beginning of one world currency by 2018. What with the current COVID-19 scare, there are some that are predicting that various changes will be implemented due to the pandemic, real or imagined, that have been in the works for some time.
One must never forget that there are many secret (to the general populace) meetings that the globalists attend to plan decades in advance the laws and governance of the world. Oh what would we do without our benevolent overloads to decide the fate of the masses?
Symbols and Why They are Used
Can you imagine if there was a paper trail for all the dastardly deeds that are performed behind closed doors and late at night? I am sure there is some record keeping and photos to keep people in line, if you know what I mean.
That said, symbols are the first written language and are still used today. I am supposing that the eagle is an easy enough symbol for the masses and the oligarchy. The masses see the eagle as strong, resilient, and beautiful. Possibly the oligarchy sees the phoenix and the eagle as one. The esoteric behind the exoteric.
Why does that even matter? Well, it doesn't immediately matter to you or me but it would matter to maybe the British. What if the monarchy never was really removed but the war was a convenient event to disrupt systems while enabling the hidden planners to install their businesses, lawyers, judges, etc. during the chaos.
Do I know this for a fact. No. Not at all. What I have read and researched leads me to believe that what we are taught in school is at best a half truth and worse an outright lie. And because I have this belief, I choose to take in information, see what is to gain by the person or persons giving the information, and then testing it against what I already know. Really, unless you were there, we have to rely on the honesty of the common folk versus the deception and outright lies from the ones who benefit greatly from the deceptions.
Perspective is Everything
Here's an interesting video with Neil Gaiman and Margaret Atwood. I have started the conversation where Neil, who is a British native living in America, talks about the history lessons his young son is learning in school. What is stated next is telling and I wonder if anyone from the states ever questions the popular narrative.
Resteemed so I can read it later, seems very interesting but my eyes are already tired from so much reading today 😔

Let me guess....COVID-19? It's hard to keep up with all the info. Be well.
No, actually I went down the rabbit hole looking for info on Justin Sun 😂
Good post, I wonder if someone will create a crypto called "Phoenix", then the profecy will come true. Freemasons are curious people it seems to me they carry the legacy of the old alchemists and perhaps there one can find more clues to their symbolism.
So many rabbit holes, so little time!! I definitely was projecting when I asked that question, since I had spent a little time reading alternative information about this pandemic.
I will be spending some time discussing the freemasons very soon. Nothing I will write will be first hand knowledge, of course, but I have many sources and why not have a bit of fun speculating?
Thanks for reading my post and commenting @fenngen. And please send me any information you find interesting about J.S. My hope is that this platform will continue since it is obvious that many feel very passionately about it.
And for me, change can happen, and I can write somewhere else, but I like it here. There are folks that I enjoy seeing and reading about here.
Take care and be well!!
Yeah, I like it here too! I'm sure something will work out, just hope the effort and time invested isn't lost in the process. But if we have to fork out to remain the awesome community that we are, then so be it!
Like who ever wins a war writes the history, you guessed it, in their favor....😄
Writes. Rewrites. Yes. And yet there are those who seek the truth, which is there, if you just look behind the emerald curtain. :-)
