What if YouTube disappeared?
YouTube is a great platform for sharing videos. There are almost no serious competitors, of course, with the exception of Netflix and its likes that offer paid movies and series. YouTube has become a real alternative to traditional television, so that most satellite channels display their content on this platform
Ok, what if it disappeared or closed YouTube?
YouTube is owned by a private company, Alphabet / Google. Therefore, technically and legally, it can close it for various reasons that may enter into legal problems or major financial problems, so you are unable to operate this platform. Of course, this is highly unlikely, but it is also possible
Thousands of terabytes or more of videos not uploaded to YouTube will be minimal to reach and may become corrupted
Or, the use of this platform may be prohibited for entire countries or regions
Also, for workers or companies that depend on YouTube, their channels may be canceled or simply deleted for various reasons
Whereas if there were real competitors for YouTube, the matter would be less, so I hope that in the coming years we will witness a competition for YouTube
Google is one of the largest company that has a lot and lot of data with them.
I also think that it is really unlikely that this will happen.

If someday YouTube exit the market these competitors will be in a bit advantage.
