The calorie system has recently spread to reduce weight, and it is one of the systems that many have accepted because it is not a deprivation system, so the calorie system allows a person to eat any type of food in any quantity, provided that it does not exceed the allowable calories per day.

This system requires knowledge of body weight, height, waist size and the approximate daily activity rate in order to determine the appropriate number of calories, then the person must commit not to exceed this number of calories.

Opinions were divided about this system, some people followed it to reach the appropriate weight and found effective results, even some people followed it as a diet for life

Contrary to the opinions that do not prefer it, and according to some people's experiences, the lost weight does not appear on the body quickly, especially with the presence of fat accumulated in some areas, which is sometimes frustrating.

Through my personal experience with the calorie system, it is a good system for reducing weight, but it is not fast, as it takes a long time to reach the appropriate weight for those with overweight more than 5 kilograms.
