Every day we should spend some time with ourself

Friends,
Have you ever thought that to maintain our daily life, we all are working hard every day.

But at the end of the day, maximum people do not take out time for themselves.

I am also not able to manage my time correctly due to my busy schedule.

I was admitted to the hospital last year in January.

My condition was severe. At that time, I realized several years I was performing to keep my close one happy, but I missed spending my time with me.

After coming back home from the hospital, I started spending time with myself.

Most of the time, maximum in the evening, I walk on my terrace. And enjoy nature from there.

At that time, I did not think about any work or anybody.

Now it has become my habit. Sometimes, I go back into my past and think about how I enjoyed my football and the company of my school friends.

Time flies so quickly, and different responsibilities take many places.
That is the life we all have to accept all the changes gladly.

I do not regret anything except one thing; I wish I could continue my football for some more time.

In our life, we should always take some time before making any decisions. Because once we make decisions, we can't take them back.

We are all bound to face the consequences which the decision will give us.

I learned from life before making any decisions, think twice. We can't blame anyone for our wrong decision; we are only responsible for them.
