Good Morning everyone.
today we will talk about how to make our life healthy by adding few activities to our daily routine.

I will talk about 5 activities that everyone can add to their routine to stay fit and healthy.

  1. Don't Skip Breakfast : yes you heard it right , skipping breakfast is not good for your health. so make sure to take a healthy breakfast to keep yourself moving healthy.

  2. Take enough sleep : you should take enough sleep and that too at the right time. if you are awake whole night and sleeping only for little it can effect your mental as well as physical health.

  3. Exercise Regularly : For exercising regularly you do not need to go to the gym. you can do it at home as well. do stretching , some pushups and take a walk around your place.
    Do it for 10-15 minutes daily and you ll observe the change.

  4. Eat Healthy food : yes you should eat healthy food throughout the day . don't keep yourself Alive on junk food regularly , yes once a week is ok but try to avoid junk food as much as you can for a better healthy life.

  5. Don't Stress : Stress is normal to majority of people. it can cause due to unfinished work , bad life or anything like that.
    while it is normal it should never be continuous.
    so don't stress , do your best and forget the rest.
    stay positive and take things positively.

The five activities we talked about above are actually interconnected.
If you sleep at night and wake up early you will not miss the breakfast and will also do excercise. Adding a healthy diet for rest of tha day will help avoiding stress more easily as now your mental and physical health will be better then before.
So you can fight stress better now.

I do three of the above things regularly but i am unable to take enough sleep and also I have to control over eating unhealthy food.
