My Power Up

Seasons greetings to everyone in this amazing community. I want to thank @sportsnixon1 for this power up contest. Indeed, it's really a good thing to do power up.

What motivated you to do the power up in this community?

Power up is aimed at enhancing the growth of not just this community but also the entire steemit Blockchain and personal growth too.

And this is enough motivation to do the power up, note that once you do power up, you're saving the steem and you can use it for some activities in steemit.

What is your goal in steemit

My goal is to be able to meet up all the necessary requirements to be able to start hosting contest and also be a moderator for a community and if possible be a greeter too.

Where do you project yourself within the platform?

To be a successful steemian and introduce others too.

Step-by-step process of power up

• First, you login to your wallet by clicking on the 3 vertical lines you've seen on the top right page on your wallet screen.

• What you will notice is that the number under your steem will change colour to green, meaning, your login is successful and you can proceed. Then you click on the small arrow facing down by the steem number.

• Once you do that certain options will appear, you will see: transfer, transfer to savings, power up,etc.

• Click on the power up option, it will take you to a convert to steem power page, then you input in the amount you want to power up.

• You'll be taken to a confirm transfer to vesting page, you will be shown the from, to, amount and memo, you click on the ok below.

• You'll be shown where to put in your password and click ok.

• The power up is done. You can see my steem has reduced by 5.
