It's a nice list. My top 05 are Chernobyl, Prison Break, Breaking bad, Game of Thrones & 13 Reasons Why. I haven't watched The Sopranos, maybe I should give it a try when I have time.
This is just a small suggestion to improve the contest post. Try to improve the readability of rules. You can make it a sentence wise I believe. As in,

Rule No 02.
Rule No 03.
