I am happy to participate in the Steam Plant competition.

^{Saman Piccha, which can be known as the beautiful queen of the flower world, can also be introduced as a very good medicine. In old houses, the Saman Piccha plant was treated with great devotion. Because the plant was planted in front of the houses in the belief that when its flowers are in bloom, the house will be blessed by the Gods and Goddesses because it will spread a pleasant and fragrant smell. It is also used as a medicine for eye diseases.}

This is a small, vine-like flower with small leaves and soft pink petals. It grows in the temperate regions of India, the Himalayas and Sri Lanka. It is quite difficult to grow in hot areas. There are several varieties of Saman Pitcha and the purple colored Saman Pitcha flowers are mostly used in medicine in Ayurveda.
The Saman Piccha plant itself is used in Ayurveda for healing. The leaves are beneficial for many diseases such as toothache, bleeding gums and mouth sores.Leaves are used as toothpaste powder to clean teeth. It is mentioned in Ayurveda that it can be dried well and powdered to brush the teeth. The leaves contain jasmine essence.

Saman Piccha is used in different types of medicines and is mostly used as a flavoring agent in medicines. Also, Saman Piccha flowers were used by our people for eye diseases. Eyes are washed with water containing Saman Piccha flowers when the eyes are red, heat diseases etc. While it cools the eyes, it is mentioned in Ayurveda that Saman Piccha flowers are good for those diseases because they have antiseptic properties. You may have seen that Saman Piccha flowers are used when bathing babies. And every morning the eyes are washed with saman piccha flower water. Our grandmothers did so because they knew that it has medicinal properties and antiseptic properties. Due to its medicinal value, yutu saman piccha flowers are also used to decorate the image of our Lalanavans. Those who are sweaty, wash their body with Saman Piccha flower water to make their body beautiful. And women in India use it to decorate their heads. It beautifies the head and makes it beautiful. Therefore, we can use samanpiccha flowers as a natural fragrance.
