Q.1 - Make a herbal hair tonic to promote the health the of the hairs. Write the herbs used in the tonic. Explain how the tonic will help for the hair health. Write the step by step process of making hair tonic.

Herbal Hair Tonic for Hair Growth

Hair health is a component of everyone’s health and natural treatments have long been applied to maintain healthy strong and shiny hair. One of the remedies is hair ;onic prepared with the help of Amla (Indian gooseberry), Amrood ke Patte (guava leaves), and Sarson ka oil (mustard oil). These are such ingredients which are deemed to have health benefits for hair and which can foster hair regrowth, hamper hair loss and retain the natural sheen to the hair.

Herbs Used in the Tonic

Amla (Indian Gooseberry):

It has vitamin C, a source of anti-oxidants and the essential fatty acids all of which are important in hair follicle nutrition and effectiveness from the amla. It also assists in a process of early hair greying, the hair strands actual density and thickness and general hair texture.

How to Make the Herbal Hair Tonic: A Step Wise Guide

Ingredients:

  • 8 - 10 Amla
  • 10-15 fresh Guava Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mustard Oil

Method:

  1. Heat the Mustard Oil:
    Add 1/2 cup of mustard oil in a pan. Let the oil remain on low heat for 2-3 minutes after first heating the oil.

  2. Infuse the Ingredients:
    Amla and Guava leaves should be incorporated into the oil. Leave it on low heat for approximately 10- 15 minutes. At this time the oil will be soaked with the properties of Amla and the guava leaves.

  3. Cool the Tonic:
    Cool the tonic 10-15 minutes

  4. Strain the Tonic:
    When the oil mixture is cool, sieved it in order to extract the solid chunk of Amla and guava leaves from the infused oil. What is left is your herbal hair tonic The ingredients of the oil listed below;

  5. Storage:
    Bottle the prepared hair tonic in a jar or a bottle.

How to Use the Tonic

  • Application: As with the herbal hair tonic preparation, wash a small portion of it and apply the liquid to your scalp with the help of your fingertips or your scalp massager. It should also be done gently using fingers, where you can use your fingertips to circular movements to increase blood flow to the hair follicles.
  • Leave it On: After massaging, allow the tonic to remain on your scalp for NJ at least 30 minutes to an hour in most cases. It can also be rinsed out and left to dry for a better result if you want to leave it on overnight.
  • Washing: Remove the oil on your hair byusing a mild shampoo and warm water way that will not harm the hair. For optimal result you can take this tonic 2-3 times a week.

Herbal Face Pack for Skincare Using

Caring for skin is critical to ensuring that the skin looks healthy and constantly glowing and using natural products is one of the best ways of taking care of the skin. Now, let’s see what ingredients we are going to use for preparing this easy face mask at home: Multani Mitti/Fuller’s Earth, Haldi/Turmeric, Rose Water, and Aloe Vera. Many of these ingredients have astringent, antibiotic, as well as anti-inflammatory characteristics. So let’s discuss in more details the process of skin treatment using this mask.

Ingredients:

  1. Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth) 2 tablespoons
  2. Haldi Powder (Turmeric) – 1/2 tsp

Preparation of Skin Mask:

  1. Step 1: Preparation of Multani Mitti Base
    Take 2 tablespoons of Multani Mitti in a clean bowl or plate. Multani Mitti is actually a natural clay that originated from the city of Multan in India and which is commonly used in skin treatment. It is useful in the absorption of excess oil, comprehensively cleanses the skin, and minimises the enlarged size of the pores.

  2. Step 2: Add Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
    Incorporate 1/2 teaspoon of Haldi powder to this Multani Mitti of yours. Haldi is an all popular herb with antibacterial, anti- inflammation and containing antioxidant compounds. It effectively prevents formation of acne, fading off the dark spots and improving skin tone.

  3. Step 3: Add Aloe Vera Gel
    Then add 1 tablespoon of freshly extracted Aloe Vera gel to the solution. Aloe vera is a very good emollient, great for those with skin sensitivities. It can act as a656 coolant, skin softener, and has a cure for sun burn, pimples, and open wounds. It also has functions of an anti-inflammatory agent due to its ability to reduce inflammation on the skin.

  4. Step 4: Mix with Rose Water
    Slowly incorporate men into 1 to 2 tablespoons of Rose Water. It also has the role of a toner and ensures that the skin pH is appropriate which is essential to human skin. It has anti-inflammatory aspect and can treat skin conditions by killing bacteria, and removing excess oil and debris.

  5. Step 5: Mix Until Smooth
    Now, add all the components well together until it become creamy paste. It should be thick enough to be applied on your face, though not too dry to the touch. Finally if the texture is still too thick, add a little more rose water to your mixture or paste.

  6. Step 6: Apply the Mask
    Rinse your face with warm water to help in making the pores on the face to open. When you are applying the mask, make sure to use fingertips or a brush spread it across your face, excluding the eyes area. Ensure that you apply lotion over all the parts of the skin that that has pimples, blotches or is dark in color.

  7. Step 7: Let it Sit
    Leave the mask on your face for 15-20 minutes. At this time the mask will dry up, and you’ll feel a tightening sensation as Multani Mitti draws out extra oil and grime from your skin.

  8. Step 8: Rinse Off

Prepare the Herbs Bath Soak:

  • First, try using 10 fresh neem leaves in Hot Water.
  • Put 1 inch cinnamon sticks ( pieces )
  • Put 2 Rose in the Hot Water, you can also use dried rose petals.
  • Leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Our bath sok is ready.

We need a full tub of water, Mix this herb bath soak water in to this tub and bath from this water.
