She began her career as a child artist in a Television series Are you afraid of Dark? Her Debut film is Dancing on the moon in 1996.

Elisha Cuthbert got engaged with Dion Phaneuf, a Canadian professional hockey player in 2012 and married in 2013 and they have one child.
