You are completly right. The human always tends to be selfish and not to take in count that everything works better in team. By doing it, we have faster and better ressults that we could not have alone, because every single person has different abilities that can complement other ones to work more effectively. It is a fact for family, jobs, companies. This is such of important thing to learn in our lives.
