I agree that we must cultivate our mind every day and discard what does not do us good, what disturbs us and prevents us from moving forward. If we cultivate positive thoughts we will see things from another point of view and we will find the solution faster, otherwise we will only focus on the bad and we close ourselves to opportunities.
