The STEEM Community, Curators and StakeHolders interests need to be more aligned !

I hope you are all having a great weekend.
Lately I have been thinking a lot about how we can make this STEEM social experiment work as I see a lot of underrated content creators with not a lot of upvotes.
I do not want to blame anyone for this as this has been a structural headwind for STEEM.
I personally believe we need to decentralize curation and leave it to humans. They will curate according to their interests.
The smaller we make these delegations pie pieces, the better the curation and split of the STEEM pool will be.
On this topic, I would like to thank @steemit 's initiative to delegate more than 1mn SP to curate following curators/projects:

200K SP - @canna-curate -
200K SP - @greece-lover -
200K SP - @project.hope -

But guess what?
We have created Communities and the more we will have the better the rewards will be split.
I would therefore like to call big stakeholders (either investors, old-time STEEM member or witnesses) to DELEGATE to trusted community members in order to Share the STEEM Love to many great content creators.
I believe by doing this; STEEM will attract more users therefore => more creators therefore => more investors = PRICE PUMPING hehe 😁

I think curators also be fair to curate articles and posts. New members with great contents become less motivated when their posts has no responses or no votes. New members will not know that steem has many communities. If a member doesn;t join a community and post with great contents as if curators will vote reluctuntly the posts. I think there should be free area from communities and tribes to be currators to find best articles posts where they come from.
Curating and engaging is everything to the STEEM platform, it is the value of STEEM.

I think this curation initiative by STINC is a great move to bring more action on the platform . There are many content creators who are wringing good but not getting support and its demotivating them but now through curation program many would get the support. Nice topic @vlemon

I see that steemit team is trying to bring more action and engagement in the platform. Even I have seen them upvoting comments and this is very good. Now when curator accounts will support the content and few other steemit account will upvote comments. This will encourage more engagement which is very important.

Absolutely. We need to bring more people onboard but also to support the existing ones and such curation program would be help.
I strongly agree with your opinion. It's really so sad some good content creator who deserves to be rewarded for their quality content aren't really getting more incentive as they deserve to while some don't even get anything for their great work on the platform.
This is why I really recommend your idea which is to delegate more steem power to the required communities who are really capable of rewarding quality content on the platform.
I also feel so sad when I see some whales or users with huge SP who aren't even supporting the platform by rewarding quality content or delegating some of their SP. These set of people just keep their SP to themselves without doing nothing with it except for self upvote.
We really need to make Steemit great and interesting by doing what's right. I hope those concerned would actually reflect on your post and act!

Steem has done a very impressive job by picking curators on a monthly basis who will vote on steem only post. This should bring in more users into steem.
Indeed even if I do not know all of them.
At least, it will change in June and maybe at some point we could even compare the impact of each of these curators.
