Receive criticism from the right people is good and useful. You just need to know who you should listen to and heed to, and who you need to close your ears to. Some are there to hurt you and some are there to help you. And, those who try to help you, will stand by your side, also when you fail, while those who just try to scare you and make you discouraged, will laugh at you and say "told you so" when you fail!
