Wow wow wow... Is this an actual event? No matter what, it really shows the concept of mercy. It shows the importance of being kind to others, even when they don't deserve it.

I guess the gospel actually is about this! In order to forgive, we actually need to experience forgiveness. We need to experience kindness from others in order to give kindness. That might be hard for some, but as a parent, I feel it very important to show it to the kids. And then, of course, the scripture you quoted also speaks of getting mercy and kindness from God, which is the most important of them all! :)
