Practices in the Venezuelan countryside improved greatly thanks to the implementation of skilled labor from Colombia, at that time Venezuela was able to produce 80% of what it consumed internally. With the arrival of communist policies the countryside reduced its production enormously. I believe that it is not only the organization but also the policies implemented by the state that help the development of a country.
Greetings @trabajosdelsiglo, your comment on this issue is very accurate, but I believe that if we start from the organizational level, we can advance many things. Of course, state policies play a fundamental role in everything, but the agribusiness itself must take the initiative to improve these aspects.
