I personally believe that if governments want to provide quality education to people, they should just pay for a group of highly qualified people to create quality content and with the help of blockchain they can develop high value content that will then be taught for students, in that sense teachers would act as advisors and to motivate teachers and students will be able to earn native tokens , the only impediment I can see is access to the web and purchase of equipment by students, but this problem is also solvable, by reducing import taxes. And also with the granting of concessions to the companies that provide the service would solve this problem, now the population would have access to quality content and teachers would have incentives to work more and better.
