not only raw materials but also the development of artificial nutrients and planting techniques that allow more production with less effort, the only problem with this is that such technology is not available in developing countries, I remember a few months ago I saw an article where it was said that there were 56 tractors for every 80 farmers while in Venezuela there are 2 tractors for every 80 farmers, without a doubt that although farmers in developing countries have access to technology in the countries where the resource is most needed, it is more difficult to access technology for the field.
