YOUR 2021 GOALS...HOW FAR, HOW WELL, WHAT NEXT?
Every new year starts with new opportunities, new orientations, new dreams and goals, as well as new strategies. Many people start the year with new year resolutions in terms of change in specific areas of their lives, attitudes they want to change, friends they want to do away with, new courses they want to take, and so on. While some people make these decisions well documented and planned out, many just make it a mental decision.
At this point of the year 2021 (when the year is gone past half way), there is need for a self appraisal for everyone who made resolutions and who have goals which should be achieved within the year. When you compare where you aim at to where you are right now, you will be able to know how far you have come, how much work or what exactly you need to do so as to reach your desired destination at the right time, and so on.
The Covid-19 pandemic that ravaged the world in 2020 affected the realization of several people's goals, introducing a new way of doing things, especially in business. Your business must have embraced the changes that covid brought, and accepted the new normal, to be able to remain relevant.

Do you even remember what your resolutions for the year are? If you do, how many of those goals have you achieved, how many are you working on and to what extent? Do you think you are putting in enough efforts and progressing or you have given up on your goals? For those who have not made any efforts in fulfilling their resolutions and for those who did not even have any resolutions or goals, it is not too late to achieve something. The next few months may be enough to make some achievements and some progress in your endeavours.
What You Have To Do
Review Your Resolutions
You might have been chasing the wind. You probably set for yourself unrealistic goals or your intentions were wrong. What inspires and motivates your dream is very important in its achievement. You therefore need a re-evaluation of your goals to know if you're on top of it or you're lagging, and make necessary adjustments.
Keep Learning
It is impossible to implement ideas from knowledge that you do not have. This is responsible for the fallback in the realization of some life decisions. New knowledge gives you new approaches to take, new strategies to deploy.
Be Diligent
Put in your best into what you do, but if your best is not good enough, ensure that you give it what it takes. Doing nothing, or being complacent is not an option for you if you want to achieve something meaningful.

Hello friend @tolustx. It is very important to set goals and objectives to pursue, and if we go to the times we are living that are a concern we never know whether or not the pandemic has led us to plan for tomorrow, learn to draw strategies to achieve our goals, Greetings and thanks for your publication.
Hi @tolustx, it is important to have a goal to pursue and even more so in these times where the pandemic has affected everything around us. If we are at a point of no return it would be good to evaluate the strategies we are applying to achieve that goal and if they are really the most appropriate, life is like education that is constantly evolving and we can not stay in the old we must always be firm and at the foot of the cannon. Greetings
