Hello @rubenp, I am a professor at a public university here in Venezuela and I know about these problems that are being presented to prepare university degrees. With what you have explained here in your post, I also believe that it is very possible to make use of blockchain technology to issue university titles because this would significantly reduce the possibility of counterfeiting and in the same way it prevents printed titles from being damaged by the pass of the time.
