Hello @alaiza, This that you explain in your post certainly needs a new business model with the corresponding adaptations in the labor legislation considering that the conditions and working environment in the agricultural industry are totally different.

@tocho2, time and its value, sorry, I agree with your position, applying these strategies implies redefining everything related to legal aspects, but it is something necessary in developing countries, since it is a possibility to reach production levels and be able to compete in international markets.
