I used to be an engineering project manager, at that time I would have liked to have such a tool to select the person who would work on a project.
In a way I think it is difficult to correlate variables that could be subjective, but it is a matter of proving how accurate this application is.
Hi @tocho2, artificial intelligence has the advantage that it does not have feelings or affinities with the applicants for the job, making the selection more by skills and abilities of the candidates and in turn the selection is more objective.
