Hello @shortsegments, It is the first time that I have heard about "atomic swaps" and it seems to me that I have already done it with a local decentralized exchange here in my country, I never before thought that this would make it difficult in other countries.

I think it’s great that your local DEX exchange has them. It’s decentralized finance in it’s purest form. Most DEX are DEX only in name.
