Treating your workers nicely, an important boss guide when it comes to managing a business
I was once working for somebody and I know how workers suffers in the hands of some individuals or rather still, business owner. Everybody want to exercise the power of being a #boss, when they have such opportunity. When such act is deployed, two things will eventually happen, it is either the business crumbled base on the fact that your workers hates you because of the harsh level of your leadership skills that you are deploying. When your workers see that the way you are governing them or ruling them is too harsh or inappropriate for them, they will start applying acts that will sees your business not meeting up with the needed target or goal being it daily, weekly or monthly target. When this happens your business in no time will face the wrath of doom.
Talking about wrath, I have seen somebody (a close friend) who told me some years back that his former boss is now aged, so he asked his first son to take over. The workers already knows how the son used to behave, indirectly, they know they will suffer under him. The new C.E.O called for board meeting, he started changing rules against the wish of the workers. He never wants to listen to them, all he keeps saying is that anybody that is not ready to co-operate should #quit. Now, the workers knows how hard things are so they never wanted to quit. They have to obey the wish of their boss.
One day, they hold a secret meeting and promise to destory the company by making sure that they are not meeting up with market requirement. They started reducing the #quantity of what they are producing. They are into cement manifacturing business and at this stage, the new #C.E.O is still new to the business, so he doesn't knows the business to that stage. Now, the workers started carrying out all sort of evil plans, the business later till fall out of customers list as market became competitive for them. Before the boss could know it, the business has crashed, they end up moving to another company while the former company is no where to be found. This is a poor record for the #boss as his business died just a year plus of him taking over his father's company. To make it worse, the father died from high blood pressure (H.B.P) hearing such news.
Pointing to Mr Mike who has learnt from different stories about a #dictatoriship leaders and how they failed at the end, decided to recall his step and try something different. He started treating his employee nice. He will set up board meeting, ask them how to grow the company and what and what they truly needs from him. He rewards them in various ways. While doing this, the workers became more energeric, they put in more in more effort. They work for him with clean heart. They put the business agenda forward. #Mr Mike at times uses his employee to act as himself if they have business meeting outside the company.
This in no time grows the business into an apex height. Mr Mike that started small, his business is now soaring high. He is now the talk of the town with his business hitting zenith. Some were saying he used #voodoo but they never know he applied the needed guide.
The role of a Business Manager is to supervise and lead a company's operations and employees. They perform a range of tasks to ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing business strategies, evaluating company performances, and supervising employees.
Every thing lingers on the shoulder of the #business manager. If the business fails to hit apex height, people will go for the head and not the workers. So in a nutshell, all the issue that will come from the business is being pressured on the business manager.
As a business manager, make sure you are good in making smart choices. This will go a long way in selling your brand to the outside in general.
I have seen some person go against such act. If you are a #boss or a #business owner with workers working for you, endeavor to treat them like yourself. Let them felt welcomed around you. Learn to apply the below method and watch your business hitting apex.
i. Take advice from them: Before you make any decision, learn to seek the interest of your workers. This will go along way to build a good relationship with them. They will love to contribute their best knowing fully well it is for the business interest and you as the boss will love it.
ii. Surprise them: Don't wait to make millions from your business before you make your workers happy. Surprise them even when they don't deserve it, this will help to act as motivation for them to do more.
iii. Be genuine and consistent: Don't be that type of boss that can't be trusted by your subordinate. Let your #yes be #yes and your #no be #no. Don't favour one for the other while making decisions.
iii. Don't date your workers: Many of the men business owner crumbled their business because they fall into this act. They always fall in love with their workers, to make it worst, some will love to sleep with every of their workers or demand for #sex before they can get you employed in their company. This act kills business faster than any virus. If you are that type of boss that engage in such act, all your #business #money will be used to run such shameful act. This will end up seeing your business taking a downtrend. You should deviate from such act.
iv. Promote love between them: Bring them all to a round table and let them know what it takes to have same mindset. Love is very vital in a business sector. If they all love each other equally, it will affect the business positively.
With the above being said, if properly practiced by any #business owner, it will help to foster love which will in turn help to keep your business in the rightful direction. When workers are happy, it will affect your business in a positive way which will lead your company to the stage of hitting zenith.
Put the #boss ego/mentality behind you and watch your business hitting apex.

More than a boss, you should see him as a leader, there are very explicit differences between the two words. A leader cares about the welfare of his employees and tries to keep them happy, a boss does not, a boss only cares about the good of himself, without caring a bit about his employees.
The employees are key to any business, the leader's duty is to ensure their confidence and their desire to move the business forward, worrying about their concerns even if they are not labor.
Your point is widely accepted. A leader will put every aside just to see that is workers are doing fine and this at the end boost the business positively.
No doubt, workers are the lifeblood of any organization, success of any organization depends directly on the enthusiasm of the workers and how much they are willing to put out for the organization.
A managerial position is one that is very delicate and also important , the success or failure of a company or business empire is highly dependant on the managerial position.
