The goal of the head in an organization : Business angle

I have seen CEO who uses their hands to destroy their business especially when they are working with lots of female workers. Everybody wants to marry a successful person. We all know how some CEO will chase the things under the skirt and the end, they will end up killing their business. I have seen and heard more stories of how such things leads to the death of business. Observing that, I have decided to deviate from such life and see the men as better option to use as workers than the female trait that will gossip and same time uses what is under the skirt to destroy your business. As a CEO, I assure you that if you are not wise in running your business properly, you will surely park off the market very soon.

The head is the key man in the business. I don't know how to play cheese that much buy I believe the head is the king. It should be protected at all cost no matter how small he/she is. If the head is killed, that means the business is done with it. There is no need running such busines again. The next person that will succeed the business might not be able to run the business to the level that the former CEO has been running the business.

Without much deliberation, we all knows that the head is vital when it comes to business. No matter the size of the CEO, since he owns the business, all respect should be channelled to him. I remember back then when I was working in a law firm, my boss is very small. People mistake me to be the owner of the business. Sound funny right? But that is the truth. Despite his small size and height, I have never treated him badly, I make sure that I respected him so far. While on duty, I make sure that I accord him his respect no matter what.

As the head of the business, you should be ready to serve at all time and also you should knows that whatsoever happens to the business tomorrow, you will be held responsible. No body will rush to the workers and start blaming them for the down fall of the busines even when they know it is the workers that caused it. There is no point in doing that and nobody will want to do that except the CEO. When the business dies off, people will rush down and hip disappointment insult on the CEO especially if they are investors.

I remembered back then, my uncle told me a story when I told him I have the intention of becoming a CEO. He said son, there is lots of temptation out there, are you ready for it. Remember if you set up your business today and you can't manage it well, the business won't be able to manage itself properly, it will dies off. Another thing to watch out for is your workers, can you manage them properly? You will see different characters from them all, how do you intend coping with them. He said this because he is speaking from experience. He advices a Man and the man did otherwise.

This is how it all went. The name of the CEO was Mr kent. He is a very sharp guy, he met my uncle and my uncle advised him base on the experience he has gotten through out his years in business. Not that he knows it all when it comes to business. Mr kent started and he keeps seeking my Uncle's advice and the business soar very higher in the first year. He rush down to meet my Uncle and show appreciation. My Uncle was so happy so he ship in more advices to him.

Mr Kent maintained his principles and never ever thinks of employing workers he cannot manage. A day came, Mr Kent met another man who advices Mr Kent to employ female staff. Mr Kent is that person that loves to go for what is on skirt. He is just that type. He started employing female workers and he ends up dropping the male workers he started with.

He employed female worker that met his standard. He ends up having more than 20 female workers and all he does is to sleep with them. The motive of the business changes and it gradually keeps dying off because he is no longer using the fund he is getting from the business for the business instead he is using it for women. He did this for just six (6) months and the busines dies off. He was surprised when he sees that he was unable to manage the business again. Nobody respected him again and to round it up, all the workers ran away and the business became a dead zone. Because he is not having money, he was unable to start again or recall his old business employee. He ran to my uncle and my uncle said such is life but he should endeavor to do the right thing by bouncing back and making adjustment. To God we have it, he is now back to his feet and the business this time around is now soaring higher as he is more dedicated, educated and focus base on the lesson he has learnt so far. I am glad to see him back on his feet.

• You are to manage the in and out of the business.

• You are to make employment when necessary.

• You are to make sure you work with trend of Innovation and invention.

• You are to ensure that the business goal is met day in day out.

• You are to strive hard in ensuring that the business is taken to a new height.

• You are in charge of workers employment and sacking. This aspect should be taken very seriously.

• All the day to day gains are kept with you and all interest should be use to better the business.

• Take time off to show your workers love. Surprise them and make them feel welcomed all the time.

To round up this post, as a CEO, you should knows that whatsoever thing that happened to the business you will be held accountable. With such mentality, you should endeavor to do the right thing. Remember that if you have investors in your business, if anything happens to their money, they will come for you and not your workers.
