Decision making - Why you should seek the attention of your customers and workers

I have noticed something when it comes to business/decisions making. This aspect is very vital in business and when decision is carried out positively, it will reflect a positive impact in your business massively. This is why I don't play with this aspect.

Since this aspect is about business and how it can impact your business positively, you should be able to employ people who can add value to your business rather than employing people who are not team players. As the CEO of your business, make sure when you want to employ workers, make sure you are there to ask the employee some few tricky questions.

If you are able to have people who can contribute passively towards your business goal, try within your power to always get those people rewarded. Surprise them at times and when they fall in love to how you are treating them, they will always want to improve and contribute more. This is what I referred to as being smart.

Decisions making

Remember decision making in business if it is targeted towards customers, it should be properly examined. You should know that serving people in business is very challenging, that is why you shouldn't be making decisions yourself. Sometimes or almost all the time, as your are thinking of making changes, you should seek the hand of your customers/workers and tell them your plan. Ask them for their own opinions too.

Business changes can be toward customers and the other one can be towards workers. You can see that the two are very vital when running your business.

Customers

Customers are humans who have in one or two ways contribute to the progress of your business. Their contribution to your business can be by purchasing of items or supporting you with cash to help you meet up with physical challenges.

These set of people should always be treated with love and care. They are the heartbeat of the business. Remember that if they are properly served and treated right, they will go out and talk good of the business positively. Doing this alone will drive in more customers from them to the company. This is the core aspect why you should treated them right. No wonder the popular saying say that customers are the heart beat and marketers of your business. They help to promote you even though they are not being paid for the services they are rendering. So in a nut shell, drive customers crazy by enticing and treating them right.

Workers

Being a CEO controlling your workers does not give you the privilege to treat them badly. While they are working under you, it does not mean that they don't have anything to offer. Some workers are even far better than the CEO. The CEO some of them are just opportuned, some inherited money to start their company or the company is willed to them.

Motivating them will help to see them speaking good about your business and also it will help to see them putting more effort into production angle. when this happens, prepare in rise of the company in all ways.

How to entice your customers and workers

There is this popular saying that says that little drop of water makes an ocean. Enticing of workers and customers is base on your own capacity, don't go into debt while trying to entice workers to your business. So, if you surprises your workers/customers with gifts, this will trigger them to do more and the love and support for you will hit apex.

Lastly, make sure that you are always a caring CEO. Always call your customers or workers to ask about their lives and knows how they are doing. This will see them loving you in a bigger scale and the support to you and your business will be massive.
