Advantages of the Dark Web and Explanation of the Dark Web. Dare to Try?

It might sound familiar to those of us with the term dark web. What's in it?
If we read the definition from Wikipedia itself, the Dark web is World Wide Web content on darknet, an overlay network that uses the Internet.

But it requires certain software, configuration or authorization to access it.
Well you should know, the Dark Web is only a small part of the deep web.

Parts of the web that are not indexed by web search engines, such as Google, etc.
Sometimes the term deep web is misinterpreted as the dark web (also known as Darknet or Underground Web), Apart from that scary phrase, there isn't just one "dark web".

Based on the essence of the book, "Weaving the Dark Web: Legitimacy on Freenet, Tor, and I2P".
Online services called "dark web" have developed since the early days of commercial internet.
But as we know that the dark web requires certain software, configuration or authorization to access it. Because of their technological differences, they are not well understood by the public, policy makers or the media.

As a result, we consider the dark web to be a place where people sell drugs or exchange stolen information, smuggling weapons, providing assassination services, or as a rare part of the internet that Google and friends cannot crawl.

Dark Web, a site that turns out to save a million uses

Honestly, I really like this because it's safe for me to use. Dark web also does not have information like the web in general. All movements and transactions are anonymous. What are your comments about this (DarkWeb, DeepWeb, TorBrowser).
That may sound cruel, but some experts argue that the dark web is also useful in avoiding internet censorship.

While most people spend their time online on the surface web platform, which is part of the World Wide Web that can be accessed with standard browsers and search engines, access to the dark web has become easier.
The dark web is a small part of the deep web, which is a part of the internet that cannot be found using a search engine. Parts of the deep web include many sites that require users to log in with a username and password. Very safe to use right? only accessible with special software.

The most popular part of the network is called TOR, or The Onion Router, which was originally developed for use by the government before it was made available to the general public.
Said Charles Carmakal, vice president at cybersecurity firm FireEye

"When people usually refer to the dark web, often they refer to a portion of the internet that can be accessed using an anonymous browsing network called TOR,"

How To Work DarkWeb Or TOR

In the TOR browser, connection requests are routed several times before reaching their destination. For example, if a user in Singapore is trying to connect to a website in London, the request in the TOR browser can be transferred from Singapore to New York to Sydney to Capetown, and finally, to London.

Law enforcement agencies around the world have worked hard to bring down the community on the dark web used by criminals (not me), according to James Chappell, founder of the London-based Digital Shadows threat threat firm.
Hansa, for example, was closed by the Dutch national police last year after the authorities took control of the market. In a press release, officials said they had collected around 10,000 buyers' addresses on the market and handed them over to Europol, the European Union's law enforcement agency.

"It's very interesting to see the effect. Initially, we thought that many websites would come back online, replacing Hansa immediately after it was closed,"

Dark Web Myths, What Actually Is There?

Even the name seems scary, isn't it? Dark web or darknet is a part of the internet that cannot be accessed by just anyone. To access it, you need certain software that can make you anonymous and can't be traced.
Many people think that the dark web and deep web are the same thing. But in reality there are several points that distinguish them. You need to know that the dark web lies deeper than the deep web. Dark web is on some deep web sites.

But many false rumors circulated about this part of the internet. Then what really happened there? Check out the following explanation!
It's not just bad guys who use the dark web

People don't just use the dark web to look for bad items and disturbing content. There are criminals roaming there, but there are also people from government, journalists, advocates, to employees of internet companies like Facebook, DuckDuckGo, and ProPublica.

Not all cyber crimes occur from the dark web

In fact, almost all cyber crime occurs on the web that we usually use or clearnet. Indeed, the dark web is widely used by cyber criminals to collect and exchange information. Because there are underground hacking forums, illegal marketplaces, and other services. But that does not mean that all internet crimes occur on the dark web.

Dark web can be accessed by anyone

Many people think that the dark web is hidden, secret, and far from the internet crowd. But actually anyone can access the dark web using the free Tor Browser. The browser was modified by Firefox so that it gets extensions for privacy and security.

Here are the Advantages of the Dark Web

Anonymity & Privacy
Anonymity alias rights without identity or without ID.
The dark web site, like any other website, contains any information that the site / its owner wants to provide.
Made with web technologies such as hosting software, HTML, JavaScript, and others.

The dark web site can be seen by standard web browsers such as Firefox or Chrome. But it's better to use TOR browser for security reasons.

The difference is that they can only be accessed through routing software (special network paths) that are designed to provide anonymity for website visitors or owners of these sites.

The dark web site does not end with ".com" or ".org" or other more common web addresses.
Dark beb more often includes a string (a collection of several characters and long numbers ending in ".onion" or ".i2p."

That is the signal that tells software like Freenet, I2P or Tor.

Where you can find dark web sites and protect the personal identities of users and hosts.

In 1999, Irish computer scientist Ian Clarke started Freenet as a peer-to-peer system for computers with the aim of distributing various types of data in a decentralized way (rather than centralized) rather than through a more centralized structure than the internet in general.

The Freenet structure separates the identity of the creator of the file from its contents, which makes it attractive to people who want to host anonymous websites.
Not long after Freenet started, the Tor project and the internet project did not develop their own different methods for anonymous web hosting.
Today, the internet that is used more often has billions of websites.
But the number of dark web sites is not much, tens of thousands of sites at the most.

A more personal web
In general, the anonymous system that is often used is the Tor anonymous system.
The anonymous web technology made by Tor allows users to connect privately and securely without government knowledge.
Plus the Tor system allows users to anonymously browse not only dark web sites. But it can also be for web / ordinary sites.
Defining the dark web is only with bad things. Ignore innovative search engines and social networks that are aware of privacy, as well as important blogging by political dissidents.

Conclusion
So, the connotation that is more suitable than "DARK" on the Dark Web is interpreted in the sentence "becomes dark".
Being Dark here is "moving communication from clear / public / fact channels into encrypted or more private channels".
Of course there are still some other advantages of the dark web that have not been mentioned.
If you know how to use it and you know the other advantages you can share in the comments column.
"I can't teach you how to use DarkWeb here," Thank you

Hi @teach-me

Dark web is a place that helped me to exchange opinions about free energy with very interesting people. I was talking for months and putting aside the side of hackers and pornography that can be found, I must say that my experience was very great, I ended up making a friend who makes yo-yo on the other side of the world, he was a 72-year-old man and he was great to talk to him.
This website if used for good purposes, brings good benefits, but of course, this is only the opinion of a fan of the dark web.

Hi @reinaldoverdu

For me this site is very useful, what about you who have learned it, friend?

Well, i can say that i learn how ti build savage ants farm, some very weird forensic software(911), and many interesting chats with some black hats.
Overall that was a very good experience.

Dark web has been generally believed for unlawful acts, some youths are even warned to never go close to the site.

Hi @ojerinde

If you believe this site (DW) is a breaking, you can learn more about this in order to avoid misunderstandings. Do not be easily influenced by outside news that is wrong a used by people.

Thanks for sharing about the advantages of using dark web, pior to this post I was made to believe that dark web was only used by criminals who only make of the site to perpetuate evil deeds.

Hi @papa-mensa

learn it more about this so as not to misuse it.

Amazing information about dark web, different from the usual.

Hi @teach-me

Thanks for another interesting post. I have used the dark web a few times to find out certain information that people do not feel comfortable sharing publically. More often though, I do use Tor to protect my privacy as you can re-route any non-dark web through Tor to give you extra anonymity.

The more authoritarian a government is then the more they fear privacy and anonymity. That is why I like Tor, it gives you a way to maintain your freedom.

Tor is same almost like a mozilla, just a few different scripts. Examples such as IP, SE, etc.

Good information.. thanks..

Thank's to come here friend.

Welcome my friend..

Well come bro..

Good information buddy this you just showed me all i need to know about dark web

Browsing dark web sites is dangerous unless you use the Tor browser (The Onion Router) and a premium VPN service. The Tor Browser is a secure browser that keeps you anonymous online by encrypting your data and routing your connection through the Onion network of volunteer-run servers. However, this browser will not prevent the ISP from detecting that you are using Tor. If you want to enter the darknet, then at https://darkweblink.in.net/ you can find out how to do it.
