I share with you the opinion that you reflect about the learning that leaves us those bad experiences that happen to us in different moments of life and that disturb us the peace and tranquility of the moment.

A determining factor here is also the attitude with which you assume the negative things that happen to you, if you don't give them more importance than they deserve, they won't affect you at all.
