Build an act of responding to objections

No one is obligated to blindly trust you, no matter how brilliant your concept is. Your argumentation is most likely to have flaws. And these flaws will almost definitely be exploited against you; people will want to justify their rejection in some way and they will do it right. However, there is a benefit to this: criticism will help you better. From my own personal experience, I've learned that feedback is crucial. You can improve your idea based on the feedback you receive. Try it, make a mistake, repair it, and give it another shot.

Have you been turned down? So go on a new run. Simply don't start spraying and don't give in to your emotions too much, or you'll be cut off. Concentrate on the process, on one item you can do right now without losing momentum. It aids in the breakdown of the project's overall picture into tiny, manageable tasks. It's a little easier to keep everything under control this way.

To successfully carry out changes, you must speak with the enemy in his language and think like an adversary, so that you are not hit on the hat every time you dare to lean out like a nail. One should act from the inside out.

To put it another way, you appear to become a stranger among your peers, a cross between a foreigner and an aboriginal. You convert what's on the outside into a language that's understandable to people on the inside. You construct bridges, not walls, as they say. And you must be "your own" enough to avoid being consumed by the corporate body's innate antibodies.

Entrepreneurs love to rant about the advantages of disrupting existing markets and industries, but we never seem to have enough energy to change our own mental processes. We don't even feel bad about it; we simply can't afford it.

In variety there is taste is a saying that I have always heard and it fits in this identification of what we are and what we want to be or do.
Listening to others, feeding ourselves with what they tell us and putting it in balance is the most intelligent way to grow.
