What can we consider in the mind-body link and the impact on emotions?
Our body is associated in all its facets, even if we want to separate what our mind thinks and our body feels, there will always be a mind-body connection that impacts our emotions and even our health.
Sometimes we want to solve health problems without giving importance to how we feel, the problems of sadness and low self-esteem have an impact on the health of our body, the way we express our emotions depends on how we connect our mind with our body.
That is why it is essential to study our mental states before our body, and also to manage our emotions starting from that valuable connection: mind - body.
