Is it possible to be afraid of happiness?
Perhaps we only think of the idea of fear of failure, however there is something positive that generates happiness, and that is that when we do well in life and achieve success we are happy.
However, there can be a type of fear very involved with the idea of having to succeed. Generally people who express this type of fear is because they do not like challenges, responsibilities.
When favorable goals are achieved new commitments are generated that make some people generate a fear of being happy, perhaps we all want to be happy, but not everyone is willing to pay the price that often has to be paid to be happy.
Many times we believe that we can be happy to achieve goals, but these goals require greater commitments and responsibilities, so the work to be done is what ends up generating fears and uncertainties.
The way to be able to break with these fears is to try whenever possible to achieve our goals, if they are achieved and generate other commitments, we must be aware that although new commitments are generated, it is also important to know that these commitments will be new reasons for happiness for those who assume the new challenges.
Happiness is really something we should constantly embrace and we should not allow anything to take us away from what it is supposed to be so

Interesting choice of topic.
Based on my experience there are people out there who get very anxious when they get happy because they are afraid of losing that happiness. And that state of mind is like a cancer which will result with their happiness being gone.

The fear of losing happiness is like the fear of living, the only way to overcome this type of fear is to accept the consequences of our experiences regardless of whether they are good or bad, the important thing is the lessons we can learn and thus not fall into the same mistakes.
