Admitting our problems is the best solution to our problems

It is very common that we have some kind of problems, some addiction, or some behavioral problem, but we do not want to recognize, either because we are embarrassed to admit it, or because we are afraid to admit it, but in the case that this is the worst mistake we can make is to deny it and fail to admit it.

A clear example of this is when a person has a health problem, not admitting that problem will lead him to think that he is in good health and that he does not need to take care of himself, but the reality is that as he does not take care of himself, the excesses can lead him to death, while the person who accepts his health problem is a person who is preparing himself to face the different ways of how he should take care of himself and in the end face the problem to find a solution.

When we deny a problem we are not solving it, we are simply hiding it, the bad thing about this is that the first times hiding the problem gives results, but in the time that the problem is hidden it is simply grabbing a devastating power in which later it will not be able to be hidden anymore, nor will there be time to solve it.

On the other hand, admitting is synonymous of occupying our time to solve, so admitting a problem is the first step to solve the problem or problems that we have in our life. Admitting the problems that we have will be a very difficult first step to accept, however with the outcome and the solutions found afterwards are the ones that can make us a free man.
