Making A Turn And Making It Right

It does not matter how long you have been doing something wrong or how long your have been traveling in a wrong path or how hard you have worked in negativity, it does not make it right. The only thing that will make it right is when you take a stop from the wrong path and reverse back to the good path. Wrong actions do not get right because of how long it is done. The truth is, what is wrong cannot be right until you do the right thing.

The fact still remains that when you do what is either legally or morally wrong, you will know. Well, I guess that is the reason we are all given the gift of conscience, but again, we are also given a gift of freewill. With this freewill, you can choose you actions but it does not cover the consequences of your actions - because that one is certain.

No matter how long evil has prevailed, goodness will always be far superior to it. The only thing needed for evil to stop is that the good people consolidate more on their goodness and with that, it will keep overshadowing evil. This is just the same way that when you bring in a lighted candle inside a dark room, you do not need to beg the darkness to leave, it will naturally eliminate the darkness.

What many people see is a little sugar-coated incentive just to entice you but will not last. This is why you need to choose the path of good if you want posterity to remember you. Remember this; there is no time that is too late to start making things right, but you need to start now because you may run out of time.

The best and the most appropriate time to make things right is this present moment because time is still in your favour. Note: the farther you progress in a wrong pathway, the more prolonged your journey will be when you decide to make a reverse, this is why you cannot afford to continue in wrongdoing.

Imagine if a person decides to travel to Abuja (Northern Nigeria) from Anambra (Eastern Nigeria) but he is facing towards Lagos (Western Nigeria), no matter the speed at which he travels towards Lagos, he cannot arrive at Abuja. As a matter of fact, the more the speeds, the farther he is away from his desired destination and it will not make Lagos his desired destination.

This same thing is what is applicable when someone chooses to do wrong. Progressing in doing wrong is to move farther away from the right. However, the good news is that, there is a reason that "second chances" do exist and this is one of them. So you still have a chance to do what is right.
