Leadership Attitudes in Business

It's been about a week since I've been actively writing on Steemit again. After being inactive for a long time, now I am trying to come back. Including this time I am writing to share with all friends in the #Project Hope community. I still remember often communicating trough discord with the leader in this community, @crypto.piotr.
I feel happy because I got support. I always felt like I was in the right leadership. Especially when I know the ideas I want to implement and share with community members, I'm sure it will develop well. For that, of course I have to express my deep gratitude to him.
In a community, entity or institution, leadership is always needed. This leader is not someone who can only command. He must be able to reflect the spirit of leadership starting from planning, organizing, actuating, administrating to controlling.
Planning
Every business must be planned so that you don't just create a business entity but can't run it. Plans must be prepared carefully. Starting from the goals, form of business to the strategies you want to use in order to achieve your goals. Without planning, a business will certainly not run well. Although, for example, if you have large capital but cannot organize what you want to do, it will only result in a waste of capital.
With planning, including strategies to improve your business, you will be able to create creative ideas, including efforts to increase capital for business development.
A leader must also be able to analyze the difficulties, conveniences, and challenges that will be faced. Including developing what potential will be used as a mainstay in moving forward.
Here the role of a leader is certainly needed. He must be able to determine the direction to go, in what way it will be done, and how to deal with problems that may arise. Thus, leaders must have a plan that is outlined in each strategic step.
Organizing
After the plan is well prepared, the leader must also be able to organize. Manage all potential for running a business so that short and long term goals can be achieved. Organizing is important because it includes arranging and delegating tasks to the right people according to their capacity.
In the organizing function, leaders must also be able to coordinate so as to create a system that is not fragile. Here leaders need to increase their ability to organize and condition all elements so that everything can run and can even become autopilot.
Actuating
All plans and organizations will not be able to achieve their goals without action. Leaders must be able to mobilize and direct all teams to work. He must be able to set an example so that everyone will see him not only as a boss but also as a good role model.
When mobilizing, the leader must be involved. If every step of the way he looks "present" then the whole team will work with enthusiasm.
It would be different if a leader could only order and scold if there was a mistake, this would make team members not show respect. There is only fear so that when working you tend to feel terrorized. In fact, it would be more beneficial if everyone worked because a sense of responsibility would grow and they would feel that all the effort they put in would also come back to them.
Controlling
Leaders in the control function must ensure that there are no deviations and problems without solutions. To ensure monitoring, we need to compare the goals to be achieved with existing progress. If there is a problem, of course it will be handled quickly and well.
A leader must be ready to take responsibility if a subordinate makes a mistake and causes serious problems. Leaders must be able to carry out evaluations simultaneously so that it will be easy to control.
That way all goals will be achieved with maximum results.
